ingredients

  • 8 slices gluten free bread, of choice, toasted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1 large sliced tomato
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sprouts, optional
  • Salt and black pepper, To Taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Lay out 4 slices of the toasted bread, and spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on each. Top with bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, sprouts (if using) and season with salt and pepper. Add remaining toast to each sandwich and enjoy!
