Before you know it, February will be over and we will have our sights set on Spring. Perhaps we're being slightly overly optimistic, but make sure to fuel up on cozy comfort food while you have the chance. This week's menu runs the gamut from soup to pasta to pizza and we couldn't be more excited for it!

THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

3 lemons
2 onions
1 red onion
2 cucumbers
1 pound carrots
1 (5 ounce) box mixed greens
1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 ounces feta cheese
2 heads garlic
1 large hunk fresh ginger
1 stalk lemongrass
1 red chile
3 large oranges
1 lime
1 bunch scallions
2 pounds mushrooms
1 bunch parsley
2 shallots
1 bunch thyme
1 bunch (5 ounces) curly green kale
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 pound white rice
1 quart beef stock
1 quart chicken stock
1 quart vegetable stock
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 small can or tube tomato paste
1 (14.5 ounce) can full fat coconut milk
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
3 1/2 pounds bone-in short ribs (about 4 large)
8 boneless chicken thighs
4 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
2 packets instant dry yeast
½ cup pine nuts
1 jar Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella cheese (fresh or grated, for topping pizza)
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 jar chocolate hazelnut spread
