Yield: Serves or Makes 2 balls of dough, enough for 2 (14-inch) pies
In a large bowl, add warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit until foamy, 10 minutes, then mix in flour, salt and oil until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let sit on a warm surface for 1 hour. Divide into 2, then stretch and cook as desired.
