Making pizza at home is easier than you think! Frank Tuttolomondo from Mama’s Too came by our test kitchen to share his tips and tricks for mastering the perfect pie. This foolproof recipe comes together in less than 2 hours making enough for two 14-inch pies.
- 11/2 cups warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
- 21/2 cups all purpose flour
- 11/2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 11/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
In a large bowl, add warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit until foamy, 10 minutes, then mix in flour, salt and oil until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let sit on a warm surface for 1 hour. Divide into 2, then stretch and cook as desired.
