This refreshing paloma is so simple, it may become your go-to cocktail this summer. This yummy cocktail is made with fresh grapefruit and lime juice and delicious grapefruit hibiscus tequila.  Top it off with sparkling water and don't forget to rim your glasses with smoky tajin seasoning. Leave out the tequila for a mocktail version of this drink.

ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Tajin seasoning
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces grapefruit hibiscus tequila
  • Ice
  • Sparkling Water/Club Soda

Method

  • Step 1

    Ice the rim of the glass or rub with sliced lime, then invert and coat with the tajin salt.

  • Step 2

    Pour in the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, lime and add ice. (Also tequila if making the cocktail) Top with sparkling water/soda and stir well.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with herbs (rosemary/mint) and some lime and grapefruit slices/wedges.
