  • 1 1/2 ounces mezcal
  • 3/4 ounces spicy liqueur, of choice
  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur⁣⁣
  • 1 1/2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice⁣⁣
  • spoonful of grapefruit oleo saccharum⁣⁣
  • Pinch of salt
  • Grapefruit bitters
  • Smoked salt, as garnish
  • 1 chile, sliced
  • Hot sauce


  • Step 1

    Mix together all ingredients (except for smoked salt and chile) into a large glass and mix until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Dip serving glass in hot sauce then smoked salt. Pour prepared drink into glass and garnish with sliced chiles.
