- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 2 large watermelon radishes, cut into 12 slices
- 6 baguette slices, cut on a bias
- 1/4 teaspoon flakey sea salt
Method
To assemble:
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine Wesson Plant Butter with lemon juice, chives, and parsley. Stir to incorporate herbs thoroughly.
Step 2
Spread about a 1 tablespoon of the herb butter on each baguette slice and then arrange two watermelon radish slices on top
Step 3
