Baguette with Vegan Chive Butter and Watermelon Radish

  • 1/4 cup Wesson Plant Butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 large watermelon radishes, cut into 12 slices
  • 6 baguette slices, cut on a bias
  • 1/4 teaspoon flakey sea salt

To assemble:


  • Step 1

    In a small mixing bowl, combine Wesson Plant Butter with lemon juice, chives, and parsley. Stir to incorporate herbs thoroughly.

  • Step 2

    Spread about a 1 tablespoon of the herb butter on each baguette slice and then arrange two watermelon radish slices on top

  • Step 3

    Finish with a pinch of flakey salt and serve.
