Honey Whipped Ricotta Toast
Sometimes we need a million toppings but sometimes it’s nice to go back to the basics and that’s meannnssss... back to making my fave HONEY WHIPPED RICOTTA toast🥐 aka the best bc it’s so light, airy and sweet...and I prefer to eat it on an English muffin or local seedy grain bread. This was part lunch part snack yesterday and it hittttt tha spot. Have the best rainy little Tuesday. I have a busy day and taking a candlelit barre class tonight and I’m super pumped💪🏼🔥✨ -@realfoodwithgratitude

Buy ingredients
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices bread, of choice, toasted


  • Step 1

    Place ricotta in wide bowl OR food processor, add in the honey and whip with whisk or pulse until fluffy and fully incorporated, taste for desired sweetness, add in a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread on toasted bread of choice, drizzle on extra honey and enjoy immediately!
