Rhubarb Raspberry Pie

"Rhubarb raspberry pie, or ruby razz square pie, as it's called in The Four and Twenty Blackbirds Pie Book, by Emily Elsen and Melissa Elsen. I made this fairly late in the day, and with no light inside the house, I had to set this on my deck to quickly get a photo as it started to rain! We all really enjoyed the combination of rhubarb and raspberry. I served this warm with a generous portion of vanilla bean ice cream. A perfect way to end the day.
