ingredients
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons any non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose or gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoons oats (or 1 more tablespoon flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vegan white chocolate, chopped
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine oil, milk, syrup, vanilla.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, oats, and matcha powder.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate.
Step 5
Transfer dough onto lined baking sheet and shape. Bake 20-23 minutes or until top is golden.
