Vegan Chocolate Macarons

Classic macarons are always naturally gluten free, but these stunning chocolate macarons are made vegan by swapping egg white for aquafaba (or the brine from a can of chickpeas!).  The aquafaba whips into a super sturdy meringue with the help of a little cornstarch.
