ingredients

  • 1 sourdough bagel, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon vegan onion dip
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • Handful spinach
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Method

  • Step 1

    Spread avocado on half of bagel. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed, then second half of bagel.
