- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or vegan Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons pure honey or maple syrup
- 1 mini watermelon, hollowed out
- 1 cup fresh fruit, berries, kiwi,pitaya
- 1/ 4 cup chia seeds, or nuts and cacao nibs
In a bowl, swirl yogurt and honey together. Spoon yogurt mixture into hollowed watermelon halves. Top with fruit and nuts, and drizzle with more honey if desired.
