This easy creamy delicious Cauliflower dip is what your get togthers have been missing. Cauliflower,  garlic, plant based milk, vegan butter, salt and peppper are pureed until thick and smooth. Add a drizzle of olive oil to finish It off and dip your chips, and veggies into this silky dip!

ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 1 almond or oat milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the cauliflower bouquets in water for 15 mins until soft and tender. Add into a blender and mix with the remaining ingredients.
