Love baking with all things local Vermont. Farm tomatoes and a very light gouda cheese. Then decided to add a garlic and herb breadcrumb topping for crunch and pastry cutouts for texture and because I love pie. My new vodka pâte brisée I am obsessed with based on a @marthastewart recipe & my trusty @williamssonoma pie cutters that I apparently now travel with. Can't forget the @cabotcheese butter.
