- 4 pieces naan bread
- 2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cups crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1/ 4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 400˚ F. Add butter to a large skillet and melt over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until they start to caramelized and turn golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes more.
Top each flatbread with some of the mushrooms and onions and blue cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly, then garnish with fresh chives and serve.
