2 Slices of vegan sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado
2 baby cucumbers
1/2 cup of chickpeas
Coconut flakes for toppings
Dash of sesame seeds
Cut your ripe avocado open and smear directly onto your slices of toast. Place your cucumber slices, cut lengthwise, on top of your avo spread. Top with either fresh or roasted chickpeas + coconut flakes and finish off with some sesame seeds for crunch!
