These gluten free everything bagels require just 5 pantry ingredients and will be on your table in less than an hour, making them ideal for an impromptu (AKA a hungover) brunch. Serve this alongside green shakshuka and some brunch punch.

ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • Everything bagel seasoning, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Whisk the egg and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Mix the GF flour, salt and baking powder. Add the yogurt and 1 tbsp of water and fold until combined. Add in an extra tbsp of water if needed.

  • Step 4

    Divide the dough into six portions and form it into bagels by rolling it into logs and then connecting each of the ends.

  • Step 5

    Lay bagels on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash and sprinkle on the bagel seasoning.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 22 minutes until golden brown.
