Whether you stay away from dairy or you’re just looking for lighter meal alternatives this alfredo sauce is perfect. It contains 8 simple ingredients and is oh so creamy! It’s sure to be a hit with the whole family. You could even switch it up by adding in veggies, chicken or shrimp. Pair it was grainless pasta, zoodles, spiralized sweet potato etc.  I used @pastatucci Chickpea & Sweet Potato pasta. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, nut free, soy free and vegan. Best 3 minute breakfast ever! Sweet potato toast, avocado, and poached egg 🥑🍠🍳 I took @addicted_to_lovely's advice for the microwave poached egg. It's literally 👌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼 although I still need to work on the timing for a more runny yolk. Unfortunately, I only had one egg left, otherwise I could have eaten a whole dozen like this! #goinggrainless - For the toast, thinly slice a sweet potato and place a piece in the toaster. You may have to toast it a few times to cook all the way through. Slice half an avocado to put on top of the toast and the instructions for the egg are @addicted_to_lovely's page (one of the most recent posts).

It takes about 2 minutes to prepare in the morning, then you come home to a fully cooked meal and the most amazing smell at the end of the day! 2 cups chopped kale 5-6 dandelion stems/leaves 12 grapefruit, cut into wedges ½ avocado, diced ⅓ cup pecans 2 tbsp hemp seeds 🌱 Dressing:
½ lemon
½ small orange
½ tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp avocado oil
¼ tsp fresh garlic Sea salt to taste 🌱 Put all salad ingredients into a bowl and toss. Whisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad #goinggrainless

Current obsession: Grainless Buffalo Chicken Casserole 🙌🏼 This is seriously the best weeknight dinner (so you should plan on making this upcoming week)! It takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare and is loaded full of [hidden] veggies! Serve it on its own or with a salad for the perfect mid week meal. You can even bake it ahead of time for those days that you're really feeling rushed! #goinggrainless 🥕 1 rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded 1 small cauliflower, grated 3/4 cup carrot, grated 1 shallot or small yellow onion, chopped 1 glove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs) 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or cashew cream 1/2 cup of your favourite buffalo sauce 🥕 Preheat oven to 400F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges darken and are bubbling. Top with avocado, cilantro, ranch or any of your favourite toppings!
