African cuisine is still relatively unknown on a global scale and I am very excited to introduce you to food from every corner of this great continent. Africa is the second largest landmass on Earth and home to a multitude of different cultural and ethnic groups. This diversity is reflected in the cuisine where choice of ingredients, style of preparation and cooking techniques are concerned.
