  • 6 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Method

  • Step 1

    To prepare falafel using your homemade mix, combine 1 cup of falafel mix with ½ cup of hot water, fresh parsley (optional), and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes.

    Shape the falafel and fry in hot oil.
