Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp champagne vinegar
2 tbsp fresh blood orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 small shallot, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a jam jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until well combined.
