ingredients
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- Lemon juice
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Method
Step 1
Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel Seasoning on plastic wrap, place smoked salmon on top in a rectangle. Make sure the smoked salmon is over lapping each other.
Step 2
Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice and green onions. Spread on top of salmon evenly. Add avocado and cucumber and carefully roll.
Step 3
To help slice the roll into individual pieces, place in freezer for 10-15 mins before cutting into 1 inch pieces. Serve with soy sauce.
