  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Chopped pecans
  • Dark chocolate chunks
  • Date syrup


  • Step 1

    Combine oats and almond milk in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.

  • Step 2

    Reduce heat to low and simmer while stirring, about 5 minutes. Add more milk if the oats become too dry.

  • Step 3

    Mix in pumpkin puree, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir and heat for another few minutes.

  • Step 4

    Top with chopped pecans, dark chocolate and date syrup.
