When is the last time you had a Fruit Roll-Up? The second we heard that people were filling Fruit Roll-Ups with Ice Cream, we knew we had to try it. You just put some ice cream of your choice (we used vanilla) inside a fruit roll up and wrap it up. Within seconds, the frozen ice cream makes the fruit roll up harden. When you bite into it, the crunch, texture and flavors are amazing!
