Summer in a jar! Homemade tomato sauce. My big canning takeaway this year was using my pressure canner for tomatoes. So much faster than the water bath. It's like getting a week of my life back!
Homemade Zucchini Tomato Sauce
Zucchini Tomato Sauce. Today @dolancreekfarm sent me a 25-pound box of fresh zucchini. I pressure canned 14 quarts of sauce and probably have 20 more quarts to go!
