- 16 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup jam of choice (strawberry, raspberry, or grape)
Method
Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chopped chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
Step 2
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner and spread it to coat the bottom. Freeze for 10 minutes until set.
Step 3
Spoon ½ teaspoon of peanut butter onto the hardened chocolate layer, followed by ½ teaspoon of jam. Spread gently to create even layers.
Step 4
Spoon the remaining melted chocolate over the top of each cup, making sure to fully cover the peanut butter and jam.
Step 5
Return to the freezer for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is firm
Step 6
Remove from the liners and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
