"Presenting the 4-S cocktail with Sake, Sherry, Scotch and Suze Bitters. These Red Aromatic bitters have flavors of Gentian, Nutmeg and Anise and I was able to get a bottle when I visited the Suze Distillery in France a couple of months ago. What are your favorite bitters?"

ingredients

  • 1 (ounce) sake
  • 1 (ounce) sherry
  • 3/4 (ounce) scotch
  • 1/2 (ounce) simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Red Aromatic Suze Bitters

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and combine ingredients. Fine strain the mixture into a coupe glass over a clear ice cube. Garnish with gold leaf. Enjoy!
