ingredients
- 1 (ounce) sake
- 1 (ounce) sherry
- 3/4 (ounce) scotch
- 1/2 (ounce) simple syrup
- 2 dashes Red Aromatic Suze Bitters
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and combine ingredients. Fine strain the mixture into a coupe glass over a clear ice cube. Garnish with gold leaf. Enjoy!
