Cheese: Something Aged, Firm, Crumbly, Creamy & Blue

Meat: Our favs are Salami, Paté, Prosciutto and Soppresetta

Sweet: Local Honey, Seasonal Fruit, Dark Chocolate or Candied Nuts

Savory: Olive, Pickled Peppers, Capers

Crunchy: Flatbread, Water Crackers, Crostini, etc.
