ingredients

  • 1 ea cucumber
  • 1 ea yellow bell pepper
  • 2 ea nori sheets
  • 1 ea Carrot
  • 1 ea Tomato
  • 1 ea Oyster mushroom
  • 1 ea Beet
  • 3 cups Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame seed oil
  • 3 ea dried Shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 cups Short-grain Japanese rice
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Prepare the marinate. Bring to boil and simmer it for 15 min. Cool down. All the vegetables should be spiced and marinated for 30 min and then steamed for 10 min.

  • Step 2

    Cook the rice.

  • Step 3

    Assemble the sushi.
