  • 1 cup butternut squash, steamed or roasted
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes then drained
  • 2/3 cup water, plus more as needed to thin
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablepoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ( 8-ounce) package dried pasta, cooked


  • Step 1

    Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender until creamy.

  • Step 2

    Pour over noodles and enjoy.
