Base

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetener of choice

First Layer

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio cream

Second Layer

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oat milk
  • Crushed pistachios, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, water, and sweetener until combined. Microwave for 1 minute. Spread out to an even layer into the bottom of an 8-ounce ramekin or serving bowl.

  • Step 2

    Mix yogurt and pistachio cream. Spread over the oat layer.

  • Step 3

    Combine melted chocolate, yogurt, and oat milk. Mix well. Add over top of the yogurt layer.

  • Step 4

    Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

  • Step 5

    Before serving, sprinkle top with pistachios if desired.
