This cabbage stir fry is so easy to make, and is a great option for Meatless Monday. Cabbage is shredded, then sautéed with Asian sauces for a simple stir fry you can make any night of the week.

ingredients
- 1 head sweetheart/hipsi cabbage
- 1 tablespoon oil, for frying
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 mild red chili (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegan oyster sauce
Method
Step 1
Add the oil, chili and garlic to a pan. Sauté until aromatic.
Step 2
Add in the entire head of cabbage and salt. Cook for 2 minutes, then add sesame oil, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to add flavor.
