Blueberry Layer

  • 100 grams blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup oat milk

Matcha Layer

  • 1/2 tablespoon matcha
  • 1/4 cup oat milk (hot)
  • teaspoons maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    To a small pot over medium heat, add the blueberries and sugar. Smash the blueberries using a potato smasher or a fork.

  • Step 2

    Cook them together for a few minutes, until the blueberries start to release their juices.

  • Step 3

    To make the matcha, add the matcha powder to a glass, then add the maple syrup and hot oat milk. Use a frother or a traditional matcha whisk the matcha.

  • Step 4

    Transfer the blueberries to a tall glass, add ice, top with more oat milk, and top off with the matcha. Dust some extra matcha on top and enjoy!
