Epis

"The other day someone asked me how I cooked my green beans and mushrooms. Answer: Épis (Haitian marinade/seasoning) 🙌🏾🇭🇹 I tend to switch up the recipe and measurements, but generally, this is what I use to make it!"

A Note from Feedfeed

These greens beans and mushrooms are steamed and then lightly sauteed in a Haitian seasoning called Epis and then served with quinoa and saucy cauliflower! Epis is an herbacious marinade made of cilantro, parsely, garlic, peppers and cloves. This seasoning blend is adapatable for so many vegetables and proteins!
