  • 1/2 ripe nectarine
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • Sourdough toast
  • Raspberries
  • Pecans
  • a drizzle of maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Toast your sourdough bread. While it's toasting, in a bowl whip of the vegan cream cheese with the vanilla and agave. Slice your nectarine.

  • Step 2

    To assemble, spread your vegan cream cheese on the toast, add your nectarine, and top it off with raspberries, pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup.
