  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegan greek yogurt
  • Toppings: mixed berries, hemp seeds and edible flowers.

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine chia seeds and milk and let it sit overnight. The next morning, add the protein powder and the yogurt and combine well. Add toppings and enjoy
