ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • zest of an orange
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Whisk sugar with eggs and continue to add all wet ingredients. Once combined, add flour and baking powder. Fold the cranberries and pour batter in a loaf pan.

  • Step 2

    Bake on 350 degrees until golden brown or the knife comes out clean.

  • Step 3

    Remove from the oven and let it cool. Make some glaze with powdered sugar and orange juice and drizzle over the bread.
