ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Rouge
- 1/2 ounce Cognac
- 1 teaspoon Peated Scotch
- 3/4 ounce Crème De Peche
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 wedge peach
Method
Step 1
In a shaking tin muddle the peach slice and add all remaining ingredients and then add ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a slice of peach.
