Garlic and Herb Turkey
Everyone needs a fuss-free turkey recipe up their sleeve. The secret to keeping your cool is to approach the turkey just like you would a simple roast chicken: aromatics, plenty of salt and pepper, and keeping the skin nice and dry. Note: If you are unable to source a turkey this year due to limited supply or a limited budget, consider substituting with chicken using the same method listed, just check for doneness as annotated in the recipe.
Pomegranate Cranberry Sauce
Pucker up! This cranberry sauce uses pomegranate juice and pomegranate molasses, as well as some fresh bay leaves and plump clementines for background sweetness. After the mixture cooks down just sweeten to taste with a few sprinkles of sugar.
Roasted Acorn Squash with Homemade Bomba Sauce Feta Hot Honey and Toasted Hazelnuts
Roasted Acorn Squash with Bomba Sauce is in a league of its own! Not only is the Bomba Sauce loaded with flavor, but the dish is also topped with feta cheese, hot honey, roasted hazelnuts, and fresh parsley. SWOON! We are falling for fall- and the produce that comes along with it.
Chip Dip Mashed Potatoes
These creamy mashed potatoes pack a punch of savory flavor thanks to a scoop of prepared sour cream and onion dip!  Fold in chopped chives for a pop of freshness, then BRING ON THE GRAVY!
No-Drippings Gravy
Embrace the mighty bouillon cube! These flavorful little nuggets add dimension to herby gravy without the hassle of reserving and defatting the drippings from your turkey. You can blend the gravy to make it silky smooth, or leave it more rustic with bites of sweet onion.
Upside Down Cornbread with Squash and Miso Honey Caramel
This fluffy gluten-free cornbread is topped with a layer of thinly sliced squash that's tossed in rich miso-honey caramel and baked to golden perfection. The end result is the perfect side dish that is really a two-birds-one-stone solution for your next holiday menu where you might typically have two separate dishes. Plus, all of the cooking is done in one pan, leaving you with more precious oven space and less cleanup.
Vegan Coconut Green Bean Casserole
The key to any green bean casserole, whether vegan or not, is blanching your beans! A quick bath in boiling water gets them to crisp-tender while setting in the chlorophyll for a vibrant green color. Shock them in ice water to stop the cooking process and you’re all set!
