Celebrate all the goodness winter fruits and vegetables has to offer and use them to make this vibrant and flavorful smoothie bowl. This smoothie bowl is made with beets, coconut yogurt, bananas, protein powder and almond butter. Top it off with fresh blood orange and seeds.

ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked frozen beets
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
  • Blood orange segments
  • Banana pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender add in frozen beet cubes, frozen bananas, coconut yogurt, monk fruit, protein powder, almond butter and oat milk.

  • Step 2

    Blend until smoothie is smooth and creamy. Cut orange segments by slicing into circles and then cutting off skin to create a hexagon shape.

  • Step 3

    For the banana triangle - slice into a circle and use a mini cookie cutter to get desired shape! Pour the smoothie into a bowl - top with granola, bananas, oranges, hemp seeds, coconut yogurt, bee pollen and raw honey.
