  • 3 tablespoons almond meal
  • 3 tablespoons vegan peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon runny peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water



  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Chocolate topping


  • 25 grams non-dairy chocolate, melted *Optional: nut butter drizzle on top for special effect


  • Step 1

    Line a mini tart or pie tin with non-stick paper. Make the crust: Add in all the ingredients into a bowl, and mix until a cookie dough consistency.

  • Step 2

    Press the the crust into the lined tart tin. Make the cheesecake filling: mix together the ingredients until smooth. Spoon this into the crust

  • Step 3

    Melt the chocolate and pour it over the top. *Optional: extra drizzle of nut butter
