Feta & Mustard Dressing
ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- Handful dill & mint leaves
- 100 grams feta cheese, cubed
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup water
Potato Salad
ingredients
- 1 pound baby golden potatoes, boiled in a salty water until ready to eat
- 4 celery sticks, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- Handful chopped parsley
- Handful chopped celery leaves
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon sumac
For the dressing
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a small food processor and process it to a smooth dressing.
For the salad
Step 1
Put the cooked potatoes in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the chopped veggies, capers and sumac.
Step 3
Pour the dressing and mix it all well.
