ingredients

  • Almost empty jar of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened dark cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened nondairy milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to the almost empty peanut butter jar (or Tupperware container if using). Cover and shake until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Open the container after shaking and use a rubber spatula to get the excess chia seeds off the walls of the jar.

  • Step 3

    Put the lid back on and place in the fridge overnight.

  • Step 4

    In the morning, give it a good stir and add more nondairy milk if you want your chia pudding to be a thinner consistency.

  • Step 5

    Transfer to a bowl and top with banana slices,
