  • 3 ounces ginger ale
  • 1 tablespoons pine syrup
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 4 ounces cranberries

Pine Simple Syrup

ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups pine fir
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring water and sugar to a boil and add the pine fir and lemon juice. Remove from heat and let steep overnight.

  • Step 1

    In a glass with ice, combine gin, ginger ale, pine syrup and cranberries. Stir with a cocktail stirrer.
