ingredients
- 10-12 ounces hot water
- 1 bag chai tea
- ground cinnamon, to taste
- ground cardamom, to taste
- ground ginger, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut or MTC oil
- 1 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil
- 1-2 teaspoons sweetener (such as coconut sugar or maple syrup)
Method
Step 1
Cut open the chai tea bag and add the contents to your coffee grounds along with cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger.
Step 2
Brew coffee using preferred method.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the coffee along with a pinch of sea salt, coconut or MCT oil, ghee (or extra coconut oil for vegan option), and sweetener to taste. Blend on high until creamy and emulsified.
