ingredients

  • 200 grams quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds in water
  • 80 grams jumbo oats
  • 350 milliliters almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 60 grams seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Oven at 175°C Cook the quinoa w/ 400ml of water in a saucepan and cook until water is absorbed.

  • Step 2

    Place the chia seeds in a small bowl w/ 3tbsp water and leave to form a gel. Mix the almond milk, tahini, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda and salt. Stir the quinoa and chia seeds through as well as the pumpkin seeds Place mixture in a loaf tin and bake for 90mins. Leave to cool in tin for at least an hour before cutting.
