ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed overripe banana
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup natural, runny peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup date syrup (or maple syrup or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspooon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it. In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until incorporated. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean. Enjoy!
