ingredients
- 300 grams cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Nori
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Mix together the sriracha and tuna a salad. combine the cooked rice, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Step 2
Use a mold or wet hands to form the onigiri shape, add the filling in the center and tightly pack with more rice. pan-fry the rice balls in some sesame oil until crispy.
Step 3
