Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Spread your almonds on a baking sheet and roast them for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the almonds to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.
Step 3
Season to taste.
