Warm, gooey baked brie topped with soft honeycomb and crunchy, salty almonds is a sure fire way to impress any guests! Try out this easy appetizer and pair it with your favorite crackers or crudite.

  • 1 small wheel of Brie
  • 3 wedges honeycomb
  • 1 ounce Marcona almonds


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Unwrap a wheel of Brie and place it on the baking sheet, until soft, but not bursting, about 7-10 minutes. Carefully transfer to a serving dish, being careful not to puncture it.

  • Step 3

    Top with wedges of honeycomb (or plain honey) and salty Marcona almonds on top.
